We provide full planning services for preparation of SEQRA Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessment Forms. We diligently identify and address potential adverse impacts of proposed development. Our capabilities include analysis of impacts on ecology (habitat, geology, water resources, topography, soils) as well as assessment of visual, archeological, cultural and historic resources. We project the impacts to community services and prepare fiscal impact analyses detailing demographic changes, school system impacts, and cost-revenue calculations. We also conduct Natural Resource Assessments for site plan and subdivision applications.

We can accommodate client needs regarding the coordination and processing of various local, State and Federal permits, including all NYSDEC Permit applications. We offer experienced agency coordination and build consensus on mitigation strategies and measures.
