Traffic Engineer

• 8+ years of experience of Traffic Engineering experience in NY
• NY PE Registration
• BS in Civil Engineering or other related fields
• Strong technical problem solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with MUTCD, HCM, AASHTO, ITE guidelines, ADA Accessibility
• Strong computer skills and use of traffic related software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attend and make presentations at public hearings

Land Survey

• NY and/or NJ PLS Preferred
• 5+ yrs experience in land surveying, boundary analysis/project management in NY State
• Demonstrate experience and deep understanding of all phases of Land Surveying including stake outs, boundary analysis, topography, R.O.W. surveys, construction layout and as-builts
• Working knowledge of Total Stations, GPS, laser scanners
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
• Direct interface with customers and internal staff to deliver assignments in a timely manner in accordance with project schedules.
• Compiling, analysis and interpretation of survey field data to produce maps, plans and other deliverable documents.
• QA/QC of final deliverable being sent to our customers.
• Interpreting construction drawings to derive critical information needed and maintaining project budgets, maintaining deliverable schedules
