Fairgrounds 1 was a 90-unit townhouse project built on the site of the old local fairgrounds. We took care of the initial surveying and site planning, as well as subdivision approval and topographical surveys. We received approval within about a year. In another year, the entire community was sold out. Fairgrounds 2 was made up of starter homes for young couples and new families. It featured two- and three- bedroom homes. Once the approval process was complete, this community was also sold out within a year.
