We converted this pre-existing firehouse into a space that would adhere to new regulations and would fit new fire trucks properly. For this project we did a site plan, received approval from the Planning Board, and then created a layout that featured a new firehouse positioned on the existing site. During the course of this project, we had to work carefully to ensure that grading and slope access points were built to accommodate the size and shape of fire trucks.
