This project was a redevelopment of a 1950s gas station that featured a set of pumps out in front. The structure simply wasn’t efficient anymore, and as a result had sat dormant for about six or seven years. We did a total redesign of the site, bringing it up to code, making sure it met all drainage criteria, and offered state-approved access in and out of the site. We had to use design techniques to overcome issues with the substandard size and shape of the building.
