This was the first 55 and older senior living facility in Rockland County that featured mixed residential units. It included townhouses, a small multi-unit building, and apartment homes. The project was unique in that these three different types of residential units were all located on the same piece of property. We had to separate the various kinds of residences, while still incorporating them all as part of one greater community.
