We completed these two projects at the same time. One was a residential project, while the other was a shopping center. The shopping center was 45,000 square feet and featured a CVS, a McDonald’s, and an Outback Steakhouse. The projects went through the approval process at the same time, though the shopping center also needed DOT approval for two accesses coming in. In a unique twist, we needed to design the project around Indian Rock, which is a historic fixture in the community that sits in the middle of the site.
