We completed these two projects at the same time. One was a residential project, while the other was a shopping center. The residential portion is made up of a 93-unit townhome community. The projects went through the approval process at the same time, though the shopping center also needed DOT approval for two accesses coming in. In a unique twist, we needed to design the project around Indian Rock, which is a historic fixture in the community that sits in the middle of the site.
