This development features townhouses, apartment buildings, and flats. Included in the development were a gym and an entertainment center. Much like other projects, we were asked to build one community, while keeping owners and renters separated. We kept all of the townhomes in one area, the apartments in another, and the flats in yet another. However, all of these properties are connected by an entertainment center that features a gym, a basketball court, and swimming pools. This creates a sense of community, while still allowing for the necessary separation.
